11d.1 If the farmer suffers financial loss due to the quality of the seeds sold and distributed by someone or due to wrong information, based on the assessment and recommendation made by the evaluation committee, the relevant party shall compensate the farmer for the actual loss. 11d.2 In order to evaluate the damage according to sub-section 11d.1, there will be an evaluation committee in each district as follows:- The officiality will be applied only after it is verified by the printing department.
(a). Officer designated by the Head of the Center - Coordinator
(b) Head of the district level office dealing with agriculture matters: - Member
(c) Agricultural Expert - Member
appointed by the Calibration Committee (d) Scientist - Member of Nepal Agricultural Research Council (e) concerned rural municipality/: chief administrative officer of the municipality - member. 11d.3 Subsection 11d.2 According to the valuation committee when evaluating the economic loss, the productivity of the land. The recommended amount of compensation shall be evaluated according to sub-section 11D.1 after evaluating the recommended quality of seeds, the expenses incurred for agricultural work, the reduction in production and other factors deemed necessary by the said committee.
